Ecofocus E20S is a vandal-proof voice emergency communication system with a single alarm button, SIP and PoE with high sound quality and echo cancellation

The Ecofox E20S is a durable, vandal-resistant emergency voice communication system, made of 316° stainless steel, intended for indoor use in places that require high security such as commercial terminals and public centers. The device features a single emergency alarm button that enables two-way voice communication over IP networks with echo cancellation to improve sound quality. The E20S supports SIP protocol for seamless integration with compatible PBX systems and enables support for advanced group conferencing. It is fed via Power over Ethernet (PoE) technology to facilitate installation and reduce cable usage. The device operates in a temperature range of -20°C to +55°C with an operating humidity ratio between 10% and 90%. It is characterized by its compact size that allows it to be mounted inside the walls using custom boxes.

The device is flush mounted and complies with standard 1299 or 86 wall boxes.It has a single panic button for instant operation, along with a built-in microphone and speaker to support two-way voice calls over the network.
The device works over PoE (IEEE 802.3af) only, without support for a second external power supply.
It supports SIP v1 and v2 protocols, and includes support for a range of audio codes such as G.711a, G.711μ, and G.722.The device also features an operating temperature of –20° to +55°C and an operating humidity of 10% to 90%.
