Yealink RoomSensor Smart Sensor for Attendance, Temperature, Humidity, Motion and Air Quality Measurement, PoE and Wi-Fi Support

The Yealink RoomSensor is an integrated room sensor that combines motion sensing technologies using passive infrared (PIR) technology to detect room occupancy with high accuracy, with additional sensors to measure temperature, humidity, and light intensity in real time. The device features a compact and lightweight design with magnetic fastening that gives flexibility in mounting on walls or ceilings, with the ability to adjust the sensor angle ±20 degrees to suit multiple environments. Powered by a replaceable lithium battery that lasts up to five years, the device connects wirelessly via Bluetooth Low Energy 5.2 technology with a connection range of up to 30 meters. This device can be integrated with the Yealink WorkSpace Management Cloud platform that provides comprehensive monitoring, status alerts, and centralized device management to continuously configure and optimize intelligent work environments. The device supports smart functions such as automatic room booking, auto-release, and crash alerts to ensure optimal performance.

Thanks to its advanced technologies, RoomSensor detects the presence of people using infrared and temperature sensors, allowing the system to automatically turn devices on or off when entering or leaving a room, to save energy and improve operational efficiency.
The Yealink RoomSensor also monitors indoor air quality (IAQ) by measuring CO₂ and humidity levels, improving user comfort and ensuring a healthy environment during long meetings.
The device easily integrates with Yealink RoomPanel and Yealink Workspace Management Platform to provide a live view of room status (occupied/available) and analysis of usage in real-time.
It can be connected via PoE (Power over Ethernet) or Wi-Fi, making installation flexible and easy in any meeting room.
