The Yealink A40-031 Meeting Kit is specifically designed to provide a professional video conferencing experience for small and medium-sized meeting rooms. Consisting of MeetingBar A40 smart video tape and CTP25 advanced touch control panel, the package offers an integrated solution that combines superior image quality with intelligent manageability.

The MeetingBar A40 features a dual camera system of 48MP (2×48MP) that allows the two scenes to be combined to create a 120° wide-angle ultra-high-resolution image with speaker tracking capability and digital zoom up to 4K@60fps. Powered by IntelliFocus AI technology for autofocus tracking, the device also includes an 8-element MEMS microphone array to capture surround sound up to 6–8 meters with noise isolation and AI sound enhancement, as well as two built-in stereo speakers.

The MeetingBar A40 is based on Android 13 operating system with support for continuous updates, native compatibility with Teams, Zoom, and BYOD (bring your own device), as well as dual HDMI ports, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.0, and centralized remote management features via the cloud.

CTP25 Control Panel 10.1-inch HD IPS touchscreen supports easy interaction and full control of meetings from one place: start meetings, control the camera, change display layouts, share content, support fast charging for devices (PD) and connect via PoE or Wi-Fi 6.

Easy to install and use thanks to the console being connected to the meeting bar with a single cable and the Plug & Play app makes it possible to operate the system without the need for complex technical expertise.
