Yealink RoomPanel Plus is a multifunctional scheduling device with a 10.1-inch display running on Android 11. It offers a unique user experience for managing meeting rooms through Microsoft Teams and other platforms. The device features a high-resolution 10-point touchscreen with ±90° viewing angles and an anti-fingerprint coating for improved daily usability.

The device integrates a 2MP camera for facial recognition to enhance security and room booking. It also features programmable colored LED light bars that clearly display the room status from a distance.

It comes equipped with advanced sensors such as an ambient light sensor and a time-of-flight (TOF) proximity sensor to automatically adjust brightness and wake the screen when someone approaches. The device supports Wi-Fi (802.11ac) and Bluetooth 5.2 for connecting sensors and additional components. It also includes an NFC/RFID reader to enhance access security and track attendance.

It offers flexible power options via PoE or a 12V power source and includes USB and Ethernet ports. The device supports multiple mounting methods, including wall mounting, glass mounting, or a 20-degree tilt installation for maximum user comfort.

Yealink RoomPanel Plus can be easily managed through the Yealink Management Cloud or the Microsoft Teams Admin Center, enabling convenient remote control and maintenance. The display features a Full HD resolution of 1920×1200 with vibrant colors, providing excellent visibility even from a distance.

It also has a smart LED surround light bar that instantly shows the status of the room — green when available, red when busy, and orange when a meeting is approaching — for quick recognition of the status of the room.

Yealink RoomPanel Plus allows users to view the calendar, book the room, and join meetings directly from the screen itself — without the need for a computer or any additional device.

It also supports QR Code Check-in and Hot-desking features for smart space management. Yealink RoomPanel Plus offers connectivity via PoE (Power over Ethernet) or Wi-Fi, making installation flexible and easy in any room.

The device is fully managed via the Yealink Workspace Management Platform, which provides real-time room usage, occupancy reports, and workplace performance analytics.
