Yealink RoomPanel-Teams is an intelligent and all-in-one scheduling device designed specifically for Microsoft Teams environments, ideal for installation outside meeting rooms to provide an objective view of room status and scheduling. It features an 8-inch LCD screen and multi-point touchscreen capabilities with an anti-fingerprint coating to ensure lasting clarity. It has full RGB LED strips that clearly show the state of the room from several angles. Integrated with ambient and proximity light sensors to automatically adjust the display’s brightness and wake up when approaching, ensuring intelligent response for users. The device supports 802.11ac Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 5.0 connectivity to connect sensors and peripherals, with integrated NFC/RFID reading for security and access management purposes. The panel also supports PoE or 12V power supply with multiple wall mounting options, 20° tilt glass or seamless installation within standard electrical walls. The device is easily managed remotely via the Yealink Management Cloud Server platform or the Microsoft Teams admin center, making it easy to manage and monitor devices at scale.

RoomPanel-Teams comes with an 8-inch high-resolution (1280×800) touchscreen with scratch-resistant glass and a sleek slim design that fits in with modern offices.
The display clearly displays the status of the room — available, reserved, or about to start — with a colored LED light strip on the sides, clearly showing the status from afar.
The screen allows users to schedule meetings directly from the interface or via the Microsoft Teams or Outlook app, providing great flexibility and ease of management.
It can also display ongoing and upcoming meeting details, with QR Code Check-in support for smart attendees.
Yealink RoomPanel-Teams works via PoE (Power over Ethernet) to save power and data from a single cable, and supports Wi-Fi connectivity as well, making installation flexible and fast anywhere.
The monitor easily integrates with Yealink RoomSensor and the Yealink Workspace Management platform to provide a comprehensive view of room status, number of users, and duration of use.
It is highly durable with a sleek metal construction and reliable performance in continuous work environments, making it ideal for meeting rooms, executive offices, and common areas.
