The Akuvox IT82A is an Android smart indoor monitor that supports SIP 2.0 for voice and video communications, designed for use in medium and high-end residential and commercial environments. The device comes with a 7-inch TFT touchscreen with a high-quality 1024×600 pixel display, and features an easy-to-use interface with 5 pre-programmed soft-touch buttons with icons such as “SOS”, “Message”, “Live View”, “Call”, and “Door Open”.

The device has a 1-megapixel CMOS camera that allows high-definition image reception from smart gateway devices, with the ability to communicate two-way voice via the built-in microphone and speaker. The device supports Wi-Fi wireless connectivity (802.11b/g/n on 2.4 GHz), and offers 10/100 Mbps RJ45 Ethernet ports with PoE (802.3af) technology to provide power over network cable.

Designed sleek and slim with an Android-based operating interface, the IT82A offers a power-saving mode to maintain device life and power consumption. It can be used to control the opening of doors, view footage from smart gate cameras, and communicate with visitors easily.
